From Lesson 4.2 of the Online Course
AI meeting minutes from your own notes
Meeting notes come out in fragments. … AI can find decisions, and it can also turn "maybe Friday?" into a firm deadline or give a task to whoever spoke last. So the split is simple: AI lists the decisions, you write the actions, and AI formats your lines into a table. Anything unsure reads "to confirm."
Prompt to copy: decisions
Here are meeting notes, with names swapped for roles and placeholders:

List only the decisions that were clearly made.
If something sounds undecided, list it under "Still open".
Use only what the notes say.
